We produce both hard and soft goat's milk cheese. Our soft cheese has mild taste, a smooth creamy texture and a wonderful, tempting smell. To produce varieties of our soft cheese we add subtle amounts of a range of complimentary natural ingredients.

Our Traditionally Pressed (hard) cheese has a lovely pale colour, gentle flavour and a firm, crumbly texture.

A goat's milk cheese is a must for the cheese board, as well as being a superb ingredient for an extensive range of recipes.
