All the milk we use comes from our own dairy herd fed on a completely natural GM free diet of hay and selected specialist goat feed. Our herd are put out on grass every day in organically managed meadows. The speed at which we are able to take our milk from parlour to dairy gives our products their unique, delicious, mild taste and thick, creamy texture.
